It is very easy to stand out and be head-and-shoulders above the rest. When you have it, it shows. And even if you don't have it, as you develop your own high level of presence, you can fake it until you make it. But remember, the trick to faking it is to fake it with sincerity. As your charisma presence develops, you will find yourself no longer faking it, but truly exhibiting an aura of charisma to others around you, where they are drawn to your charismatic charm.
